So good to hear the voice of Bob Sheppard – I’m not much of a proponent of AI, but I would not mind it replacing one particular job in the economy in this case, if his voice could return to the Yankee Stadium experience in a convincing manner.

If Bob Sheppard were to make an announcement today you wouldn’t even be able to hear him over the raging techno beat going on at the same time.
There’s no more ambient crowd noise anymore, and you can barely even hear crowd chants because they’re blaring sound effects between every pitch.
