Spurs have a fun team but sometimes I forget their fanbase are just Texan hillbillies.
they have everything handed to them on a silver platter via the lottery and still look for a way to play the victim, it’s pathetic. just enjoy your young core, having the 2nd best player in the draft is not a bad thing
It’s hard to compare them bc their team contexts are so different but trying to dunk on Spurs fans when they’re 59-18 and Castle is averaging 17, 7, and 5 with really good defense and playing most every game is not really moving me, personally.
Hope Sarr will be really good. Castle already is really good. I’m happy for Spurs fans to feel good about their guy.

I don’t know how good Sarr will end up being but I would absolutely rather have Evan Mobley than Stephon Castle, I don’t understand why that guy thinks its a total given that it’s the opposite.

Castle might make All-NBA and/or all-defense for the second best team in the league and we’ve yet to see Sarr play a game where the team cared if it won.
A few weeks ago, I saw a Spurs fan say they Wizards have had great luck in the lottery and have wasted the picks. When pressed on that, he said they got John Wall 1st overall (over 15 years ago)
OKC fan here, Sarr is an animal. I really wanted him in the draft. Y’all are lucky to have him, he’s only going to get better and better. We liked his brother
