Well that’s unfortunate

  1. We destroyed them with this bum last year imagine how easy it’ll be without him

  2. Damn. Poor guy deserved his revenge arc so I feel no joy in his injury. If it means the wolves go all the way, that’s one thing, but I just seriously doubt it with OKC and the spurs dominating the west, and that’s just the WEST.

If the wolves are moved to the east with the new expansions incoming, do you think we have a free ride to conference finals?

  3. feels like this means we’re playing the Nuggets and I’m not sure that’s good for us.

  4. It is a grade 2. He is going to be out for the first round of playoffs at a minimum. That is a 3-8 week recovery.

  5. I didn’t see the game and I obviously have no proof, but I don’t think it’s outside the realm of possibility that he’s not actually injured.

Lakers know that the math is in their favor. Even losing out, they won’t drop to the play-in. Luka gets a nice rest before playoffs.

  6. I generally dislike watching him play because of the consistent whining but have to give him props for the last month of basketball, he was unreal

  7. Ah man. No matter the player, I never cheer for injuries. That’s too bad, I hope the best for his recovery.

  8. This is a weird post. Even if we play them or not it sucks seeing more and more stars getting hurt and not getting good hoops

  9. Wolves end up on the lucky side of the bracket again and back into the wcf somefuckinghow

  10. He may try to play in the playoffs. We’ve seen him hobbling out there before in the post season.

  11. Outside of rooting for us the east’s playoffs is shaping up to be far more interesting, bummer for lakers fans for sure.

  12. Honestly this kind of sucks, lose-lose for us in a way.

We’ll probably finish 6th, and it could have even been nice to rest players and finish 6th intentionally. Now we risk the Lakers slipping and getting Denver, while Houston would get the Lakers sans Doncic.

If we get the Lakers, it won’t matter if we absolutely annihilate them and take it 4-0, we’ll have to put up with the usual army of annoying Lakers fans claiming they would have beat us with Luka.

And if we lose to the Doncic-less Lakers, we’ll never hear the end of it.

Obviously the plus side is we can hopefully still get them and have an easy first round before taking on Spurs.

  13. He quit because they got stomped and he knew they can’t win the whole thing. He’s saving himself.

  14. As a lakers fan, I can confidently say I will be rooting for yall to handle okc in the playoffs. May mcdaniels, Donte, and ant give fta and Jdub absolute hell
