  1. I wanna blame Heineman and he definitely shouldn’t have thrown that to 1st…

BUUUUUUUUT these bats to need to wake up sooner or later!

  2. The bats need to figure it out, it’s as simple as that.

Anyone blaming Hoff for that is embarrassing themselves

  3. This team had 1 run until a saviour of a home run of the pole by Andres and got bailed out by a lucky play at first in the 10th. Hopefully Kirk is ok but this offence is not making things easy for the team.

  4. I know it’s early, but I do not like how we’re scuffling against two of the worst teams in the league.

  5. Actually I blame the Pope. Playing CWS on Good Friday.

    No way to counter that.

  6. Watching the Jays today reminded me of how the Yankees looked like playing us last year.

  7. I don’t love pinch hitting Straw for Barger. How is Barger meant to get better at facing LHP if he doesn’t face it? He’s not at his best right now, but you’re taking a player out who can easily give you the lead with one swing of the bat versus a player who can maybe get a base hit.

Also he makes that throw to home.

  8. Everyone if you remove the Manfred runner runs the jays have scored 29 runs in 7.4 games.

This one isn’t on Hoffman, and it’s not all heinemans fault… offense has been bad against poor pitching teams

  9. Does anyone else remember how much we complained about the team last year early on? It was way worse. Just hope Kirk is okay

  10. All of these comments saying the catcher shouldn’t have thrown the ball there really emphasizes the level of ball knowledge on this sub at times.

It was a clear out at first if his throw was on. You throw that 100% of the time and try to end the game. Y’all be acting like it was some impossible play lol.
