like, you’re *obviously* doing that. instead you frame it like you are making a statement about our coach.

We’re blaming Weltman for signing Corey Joseph and Trevelin as cheap end of bench guys? And Tyus Jones was a cheap FA signing that everyone was clamoring for, and we got off the KCP contract before his value hit rock bottom (ftp as everyone loves to say). Obviously the team isn’t looking good, but there must be more valid criticism out there besides nitpicking inconsequential end of bench signings
More than likely even if we change coaches we won’t become great, gonna need a change in philosophy from the top. Enough of this long tall raw player stuff. We need skill.

Your immediate reaction is to look at coaching? He is bad obviously and should be fired but drafting him was above his pay grade. Gotta mention the FO before the coach in this situation
Weird how none of those players are on the roster… it’s like we tried them and they did not work and in KCP and Tyus’s case the mistake was correct really fast.

Cory Joseph has had a 14 year career as a late first rounder and for a 33yo with plenty of miles on him, did a perfectly fine job. Exactly what was expected of him. Do I think the players in the squad are less than perfect together at this point? Sure. But you’re being ridiculous with that statement.
Mid first rounders who are too small for their preferred position, second-round/g league talent guys and older back-ups drop out of the NBA all the time. These guys aren’t any different or worse than others.
