  1. The Chiefs spent the last 3 years paying Jawaan Taylor $67m and Moore $11.19m then $18.68m this year. The NFL told you how they feel about Jawaan Taylor since he remains unsigned. So why do we act like it's so much worse to draft RT at 9 instead of paying a mediocre RT $15-$20m? RT is a premium position and if DE 3 is gone and they're not sold on WR2 I would not be stunned to see RT at 9 and Moore replaced for two years in a row.

  2. Nick is blaming the coaches for not developing draft picks but personally I blame the front office. Outside of 2022 the drafts have not been great.

  3. None of the top three WRs in the draft are slam dunks, they all have flaws and there are numerous others that are just as good if not better so I wouldn’t take any of the three in the top 15-20.

  4. I believe this draft is much better than many think, especially in rounds 2-5; KC will get an instant starter at 9 and possibly at 29 and they will have an opportunity to get much better talent in rounds 2-5 than in the past.

  5. You guys can have a shrink session if you want. I know from experience the loss of a parent and all the stuff you have to deal with. Hang in there Nick and I'm glad you have a sounding board in Matt on those long days. Take care of yourselves. Thank you guys for the content. GO CHIEFS!!!

  6. I was the trustee for my parents' family trust and I feel for you, Nick. It happened to me during the pandemic, and it was hell-on-wheels. Ten roll-out dumpsters of stuff. Despite all the travails of fulfilling the responsibiities of your position, you will get through it. All the best to you.

  7. You two are both interesting and genuine enough people that divergence from football doesn't have a self-indulgence feel at all. Keep up the great work!
