Fox One’s coverage of the FIFA World Cup and The Roku Channel topped Looper Insights’ Streamer of the Month Report charts for July 2026.

The report breaks down the top 10 entertainment streaming apps and programs promoted across 13 major connected-TV devices in the United States and is ranked using Looper’s proprietary Dollar Media Placement Value ($MPV) metric.

Top apps by $MPV in July were The Roku Channel, which led with $220.4 million, followed by Tubi ($217 million) and Prime Video ($195.4 million).

Coming in at No. 2 and No. 3 on the July program chart were World Cup coverage on Tubi and Peacock, as the soccer tournament swept the title podium.

Landing at No. 4 on the title chart for July was Focus Features’ blockbuster surprise horror hit Obsession, which started streaming on Peacock July 17. From breakout YouTube content creator/director Curry Barker, the film follows a man who is fixated on a girl and wishes for her to love him, leading to horrific consequences.

Coming in at No. 5 on the title chart for July was HBO Max’s “House of the Dragon,” season three of which started streaming June 21. The “Game of Thrones” prequel follows a family civil war for the throne of Westeros.
