BRISTOL, Tenn. (WVLT) – Dollywood revealed Tuesday morning an official race car that a 17-year-old driver will race in the 2026 ARCA Menards East Series season finale at Bristol Motor Speedway.
It’s part of a partnership between the theme park and City Garage Motorsports and features Quinn Davis, the teen racer who sits at No. 5 in the series’ standings.
Davis is also planning to auction off the Dollywood fire suit she’ll be wearing while piloting the car after the race, and proceeds will benefit Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library.
“Dollywood has always been more than just a place to me,” explained 17-year-old Quinn, “It’s a piece of my heart. Some of my most cherished memories were made there, surrounded by family and friends, laughing on the rides, getting lost in the shows and living in the moment. It means everything to me, and I carry that with me every time I compete. To represent something so personal, not just for myself but for Tennessee, is an honor I feel deeply every single day.”
The race itself, slated for Sept. 17 at 5:30 p.m. on FS1, is one of four races being held at Bristol over the weekend. The NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series will hit the track following the ARCA East race on Thursday and is followed by the NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series on Friday night and the NASCAR Cup Series race on Saturday night.
The news of the car, and the auction to support the Imagination Library, comes after news broke that Dolly Parton had died at the end of August. Later reports confirmed the country star, known also for her business prowess and philanthropic efforts, had died after a battle with cancer.
