Miami has dominated through its first two games with a 54.5 margin of victory, ranking second only to Georgia at 55.0 among FBS teams. The Hurricanes recorded 856 yards of total offense and scored a touchdown on 11 of 15 offensive possessions during a 77-7 win against Florida State A&M in Week 2.
