STILLWATER, Okla. – The No. 20 TCU women’s soccer team fell in its first conference match of the 2026 season against Oklahoma State, 3-1, on Thursday night at Neal Patterson Stadium.
In the opening 45 minutes of action, TCU had the ball in heavy doses in the final third but was unable to put together the finishing touches and score a goal despite three shots on goal. During the first half, TCU outshot the Cowgirls 10-2 and controlled the possession game.
Less than a minute into the second half, Oklahoma State would hit the counterattack and find the back of the net to strike first and take a 1-0 lead. In the 52nd minute, the Cowgirls would get another score to double their lead.
Nearly 15 minutes later, Oklahoma State would score again to increase the advantage to 3-0.
TCU would get on the scoreboard in the 75th minute, as Emma Yolinsky put one into the back of the net.
