SPOKANE, Wash. β A new era of Gonzaga men’s basketball is officially taking shape.
The Bulldogs released their 2026-27 schedule Wednesday, unveiling their first-ever season as a member of the Pac-12 Conference.
Gonzaga will play a 31-game regular-season schedule, including 16 Pac-12 games and a challenging nonconference slate that features matchups against several NCAA Tournament teams from last season.
The Zags will play each of the Pac-12’s other eight members twice, with eight conference games at home and eight on the road.
Gonzaga’s first conference game comes Jan. 6 at Washington State in Pullman. It will be the 154th all-time meeting between the Bulldogs and Cougars.
The Zags then return home Jan. 9 to host Colorado State before traveling to Fresno State on Jan. 13. Boise State comes to Spokane on Jan. 16 before Gonzaga hits the road for games at Utah State and Oregon State.
Gonzaga will host Fresno State on Jan. 27 before stepping outside conference play again for a Jan. 30 matchup against Oregon at Climate Pledge Arena in Seattle.
The Bulldogs continue Pac-12 play with home games against Texas State and Utah State, road games at San Diego State and Boise State, and a Feb. 17 home matchup against Washington State.
Gonzaga will once again step outside conference play Feb. 20, taking on Duke at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit.
The Bulldogs close the regular season with four Pac-12 games, including a rematch with Texas State, home games against San Diego State and Oregon State, and a March 6 road game at Colorado State.
The Pac-12 Tournament is scheduled for March 9-13 at MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.

A loaded nonconference slate
Before Gonzaga gets to its first Pac-12 game, the Bulldogs will face a number of high-profile opponents.
The regular season opens Nov. 2 against Purdue at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas as part of the TNT Sports Hall of Fame Series. The Boilermakers went 30-9 last season, won the Big Ten Tournament and advanced to the Elite Eight.
Gonzaga’s home opener comes Nov. 7 against New Mexico State, followed by a Nov. 14 matchup against LSU at the Spokane Arena and a Nov. 17 meeting with Montana State.
The Zags then return to Las Vegas for the Players Era Festival, where they’ll open against Kansas State before facing either Alabama or Baylor and then a third opponent.
Gonzaga will also face UCLA on Dec. 5 at Honda Center in Anaheim, followed by a Dec. 12 road matchup against Creighton in Omaha.
The Bulldogs then face Michigan State on Dec. 19 at Acrisure Arena in Palm Desert, California.
And after Pac-12 play begins, Gonzaga will get another marquee nonconference matchup against Duke on Feb. 20.
The Bulldogs’ 2026-27 schedule includes seven opponents that competed in last season’s NCAA Tournament, 10 teams that won at least 20 games and four conference tournament champions.
Gonzaga will play six regular-season games in Spokane, eight neutral-site contests and one true road game in the nonconference portion of the schedule.
Game times and television information will be announced at a later date.
