FAYETTEVILLE – Arkansas was 10-over (298) in round two due to a tough course setup and steady wind, but the total was still the best team score by eight strokes as the Razorbacks expanded their 13-stroke lead to a 24-stroke cushion at the 7th annual Blessings Collegiate Invitational, presented by Tyson Foods.

Arkansas, which has all five players in its lineup among the top 10, is the only team under par after 36 holes, sitting a -5 (571). Also, the four Razorback individuals are between places 13 and 22. North Texas, which was 21-over on Sunday, is second at +19 and UNC Greensboro is third at +22.

By comparison, the overall field scoring average was 78.57 while the scoring average for the five players in the Arkansas lineup was 74.8, and all nine Hogs had a cumulative scoring average of 75.22 in round two.

Thomas Curry led the Razorbacks on day two with a 73. He and Niilo Maki-Petaja are tied for second, one stroke off the lead, at 142 (-2). Benjamin Fernandez (Southern Miss) sits atop the leaderboard at 141 (-3) despite shooting 75 in round two.

Lev Grinberg is 1-under and in fourth place. Erich Fortlage is at even par through 36 holes and is tied for fifth. Gerardo Gomez is 4-over and is tied for 10th. Among the Razorback individuals, Cam Smith, who moved up 18 spots with his even-par 72, and Willie Gordon are tied for 13th, Guus Lafeber is tied for 16th  (+6) and Neo Berg is tied for 22nd (+8).

The third and final round is set for Monday.
