Taking to X, he shared his thoughts: “I want to play this. Sophie Cunningham should be the commissioner of the WNBA because she just makes sense. I agree with every single thing she says in this video we’re about to play for you. The WNBA has been begging for attention for its entire 30-year history.
“It finally starts getting attention and people are upset about the way the attention is being given. And they’re now feuding with other members of the of the audience out there. Like we saw with the Indiana Fever fan who was pointing and it turned into an issue because A’ja Wilson walked into the crowd and should have been suspended for it.
“Okay. Bravo, Sophie Cunningham. I’m endorsing you as the next commissioner of the WNBA because what the WNBA needs is just some basic common sense.”
