History

Colorado College defeated Centenary (LA) 2-1 on Sunday at Stewart Field. Grayson Capodanno scored at 75:13 to give Colorado College a 2-1 lead after the score had been tied 1-1. Colorado College has scored at least two goals in four consecutive games.

First Half

– Colorado College took five shots through 8:05, including a Teddy Opler attempt saved by Andres Osorio and a JT Newbury shot off the top woodwork.

– After Centenary (LA) earned a corner at 9:56, the half moved through a stretch of fouls before Colorado College created another run of pressure with two corners and three shots from 19:52 to 29:19.

– Centenary (LA) added a corner and a Harvey Butcher shot after the 30-minute mark, while Colorado College got late attempts from Jack Hilliard and Jack Purvis, with Purvis’ shot saved at 37:16. The half ended without a goal.
