You line up your putt, take a breath, and look up. Right there is a giant beef on weck staring back at you. That’s a real hole on the newest course for mini golf in Buffalo, and it just opened in West Seneca.

Buffalo-Themed Mini Golf That’s Big on Local Pride

Birdies Bank Shot opened September 18 at 5700 Seneca Street, at the corner of Seneca and Transit. It’s the second spot from the team behind The Bank Shot in East Aurora.

The 9-hole outdoor course is built entirely around Buffalo. You’ll putt past huge sculptures of local favorites, like a beef on weck, a chicken wing, loganberry, a kazoo (shout-out to the kazoo factory!), and butter lamb so big she’s borderline scary… we still love her though. Every hole is a photo op, so keep your camera close.

There’s a Lot More Inside

When you’re done putting, head indoors. Birdies has three Full Swing golf simulators that do more than golf. You can play football, hockey, and carnival games too, so even friends who have never held a club can join in.

There’s also a full restaurant and sports bar, a covered patio, pool tables, and darts. Bring the whole crew, the kids, or your coworkers. It works for all of them.

When to Go

Birdies is open Monday through Thursday from 10 AM to 9 PM, Friday and Saturday from 10 AM to 10 PM, and Sunday from noon to 7 PM. The kitchen and bar open at noon every day. You can book simulators online ahead of time, and walk-ins are welcome to hang out.

The mini golf course is seasonal, so get out there while the fall weather holds!
