GREENVILLE, N.C. – The East Carolina soccer team returns to its home pitch for the final time in the regular season on Tuesday night when the Pirates host South Florida at Bill Clark Homes Field at Johnson Stadium.

Admission to Johnson Stadium is free and the game will kick off at 7 p.m. ET and will stream on ESPN+ with Zach Berly and Matison Little on the call.

Caitlen-Star Dolan Boodram and Isabella Gutiérrez each have four goals to lead ECU’s attack while Olivia Dietrich continues to be solid at goalkeeper with a conference-best 91 saves.

Closing In On 100

Olivia Dietrich comes into Tuesday night’s game just nine saves away from 100 saves on the season. She would be just the fifth Pirate goalie to record 100 saves in a season and the first to do it since Amber Campbell in 2008 (114 saves).

Scouting South Florida/Series History

South Florida comes into Tuesday night off a 1-0 loss in its home finale to UAB last Friday. The Bulls have gone scoreless in their last two games after scoring a season-high four goals in a shutout win against Rice back on Oct. 22. McKenna Battilla and Sophia Cabral each have eight points and three goals to lead USF’s offense while Gaby Rourke leads the team at goalie with 71 saves. South Florida leads the all-time series with ECU 14-3-2 having won last year’s meeting 1-0 in Tampa. The Pirates’ last win over USF was on the road back on Sept. 28, 2023 which resulted in a 2-0 decision in favor of ECU.
