#TWINS: WIN
#SOX: LOSE
#SWEATY: KING
#MIRANDA: SCORES HAMILTON
#SANCHEZ: STILL HAS HEAD
#DURAN: OUR ENTIRE BULLPEN
#GO: MARINERS
#BANG: GONG
#WERE: GOMQ
#LEAGUE: FUCKED
Duran was the star of that game. Slammed the door when things were falling apart in the 7th. Worked a no-drama 8th with the top of the lineup coming up.
And I guess Correa had a few clutch hits to stop people from complaining for now
Jose, and I can’t stress this enough, Miranda.
Prayers up for the Yankees series. It’s going to be a disaster for either team, let’s hope it’s not the twins
Needed that one
Losing a series to the White Sox always sucks but road series are hard.
If we can just manage one measly win in the Bronx we’ll be okay
All in all, a good win! Let’s go take out some frustration on a down Yankees team! We’re gomq!
I like winning.
That’s right Chicago. Get your crap ass team back to .500 and you stay there dammit.
Im now working with the theory that there is a negative correlation between how despondant and disconsolate this sub is before a game and how well the Twins play
Because i dont think any of us were feeling good before this one 😅
Im also going to say something potentially controversial. You may not agree. But it is my truth…I wouldnt mind Bundy back next year as the 5th starter
Less controversial, Jhoan Duran may well become the best reliever in the league by next year. My word that man is incredible
I enjoy winning.
Keep winning M’s so we can have a Twins/Mariners ALCS!
ill keep saying it- its anyone’s division. Guardians have a terrible offense when bloop ball doesnt work for them. White Sox might be the real threat. good game lets burn down the bronx next week
That response was absolutely needed after almost getting no-hit last night
Cylan Cease? Pshhh more like Cylan Bundy
Twins hat: on
Twins: win
White Sox: suck
Division race: heating up
Just imagine for a second this season without Jhoan Duran.
We’d be scrapping with the Royals for fourth place.
Me: nothing
Me: casually links [Thielbar’s BaseballSavant](https://baseballsavant.mlb.com/savant-player/caleb-thielbar-573204?stats=statcast-r-pitching-mlb) percentiles.
After everything they’ve done and gone through, the Twins are only .5 a game back with a chance of being tied with the Guardians down a run in a rain delay.
They somehow have a shot to win this division and a damn good one. If they can at least get Buxton and Polanco back, the lineup will look a lot better.
The only reason their season is still alive is cause this division is dog shit, but if 100% rather win a crappy division than lose a good one.
Yay! See you tomorrow afternoon for a series of potential sadness.
If this guardians game gets postponed they’ll have 31 games in 31 days to finish the year. Gotta think that’ll have some kind of negative affect on them
Yo Cleveland objects in your mirror….
And now this sub becomes a die hard Mariners fanbase for the night before beginning prayers for the Yankees series
