There is a slight difference than exposing himself, which the article makes it sound like he just flashes someone when it seems he probably got in the pool and removed his trunks, then messed with a female guest by trying to tie a scarf around her eyes, shoving his ass in her face, the lady then swam to the other side of the pool after he “football spiked” her into the pool. He then proceeded to lift himself out of the pool sitting on the side and grabbed his dick and gestured with it at the last asking “you want it?”.

    (P.S. anything after the first comma is from the site, I’d reckon he was naked after getting into the pool with his prior habit of stripping out of clothes in public, but I’m not sure, so thats speculation on my part.)
