No, it’s a legal step-through. Just can’t lift the pivot foot then back onto the ground before shooting/passing
Yes but not because of the step through because the two step garbage to get to it. Footwork before you stop your feet matters.
travel if you watch in slow motion, the ball is picked up as the left foot touches the ground(gather step). The right leg then becomes the pivot foot. Left foot then touches the ground (second step – still legal) but then right leg comes off the ground and back down again meaning left leg now is the pivot foot. 2 pivot foots =travel
If you were in the NBA and faster you’d get away with it. Anywhere else it’s being called as a travel.
