That sounds…. Not ideal.
Alas poor Lance, I knew him Horatio!
Dusty is right. But we need to trade one of our outfielders maybe 2 and need more pitching
He ain’t coming back this season is he
He was first slated to return sometime June. Then it was said he could be back around the All-Star break. Can’t rule out *another* setback later on and if so, we might not even see the guy throw at all this year. It’s just sad we can’t count on Lance for anything, which further emphasizes the need for starting pitching at the deadline.
So what is the expected return in August? Cause we need pitching like right now, but I can understand why they are not rushing him.
Fuck Champaign bottles. All my homies hate Champaign bottles
Do we need to look into the training staff? Feels like there’s always so many set backs
He is a very frustrating player to roster man. JFC.
Starting to feel like LMJ isn’t coming back, but I hope I’m wrong.
I love LMJ, but the Astros could have paid me 10% of his salary to not pitch in his place this season and saved a lot of money.
Are we sure Lance in still alive?
It sucks for real though. He’s talented and such a great presence for this team. Especially with the injuries to Urquidy and Garcia, he’s sorely missed. Looking back now, it’s clear he was injured that WS start but still powered through that rough outing. Get well soon Lance. We miss ya.
Maybe he should just get the 2nd TJ surgery over with….
He said bury him in the H. Just wish it wouldn’t have been this soon.
Wow, lance return formula is now: return date = [todays date] + 3 months
This dude is done. Way too many arm problems. It was a good ride. LMJ will always be an HTown legend.
Averaging 15 starts over an 8 year career is not ideal. When MLB average is 30-35 starts a season. Return on investment is not good.
One step forward, two steps back.
Still not a setback though
I’m done caring.
He’s one of those guys who’s going to live and breathe Astros baseball even after he hangs it up. Solid guy.
Fuck, I didn’t know Lance and Forest bought real estate on Weiland Island. 🤦🏽♂️
