12. I can respect my fellow Blue Jays fans for their moral panic. We have a stance and we are making our voice heard, as is our right (and we are in the right about this one). I think we can do more though. We should no longer lay claim to the 92 or 93 World Series titles. The Jays simply wouldn’t have won those championships without Roberto Alomar. His level of play was critical in both of those championship seasons. But his actions off the field are repugnant to what the Blue Jays stand for. We can’t, in good conscience, still claim to have won those championships honourably. A championship with a sexual criminal on the team is not a real championship. Blue Jays fans must relinquish their World Series titles. It’s only right. We are right about Bass, but we must be right about Alomar too. Do the right thing, Blue Jays fans.
