Otis Anderson is also a finalist. He was considered a lock for hall of fame when he retired, but somehow slipped through the cracks. In the last decade the collapse of the RB position has led to a re-evaluation of historical RBs whose career stats now dwarf the best RBs of today. Anderson could ride that wave to finally get in.
Coughlin is a lock. His Giants career probably gets him in but when you add on his Jaguars HC career (I specifically say HC, NOT his time in the front office from like 2017-2019) he 100% should be a lock.
