[Braves] The #Braves today recalled RHP AJ Smith-Shawver to Atlanta after optioning LHP Taylor Hearn to Triple-A Gwinnett following last night’s game.

  2. I bet after this game AJ gets sent back down sometime this week and they activate Fried before they leave for Chicago.

  3. I really like Hearn as a guy from his appearances on Jomboy content but yeesh, last night was rough. Hoping he figures something out in Gwinnett.

    In other news, I’m glad we get to see AJSS in a non-pressure situation. Of course we want the sweep and the win, and also, not the worst if it gets by him.

    Hopefully he can build a bit more big league confidence against a team who has been hitting pretty solid lately.

  6. I’m guessing Fried and Minter are the first IL activations. Who might follow next? Dylan Lee?

    I don’t know how to gauge the seriousness of Mr. Anderson’s issue. Chavez seems even more mysterious and, at his age, worrisome. I assume Kyle Wright will be last. Like, maybe they line it up to give Wright two or three starts in the bigs before postseason.
