My grandpa decided the NFL is rigged and is done with football. Sad thing is, he is the one who made me a packer fan. I spent numerous Sundays watching Favre and Rodgers sling hail Mary’s. Nonetheless, after trying to convince him to stay, he decided he’s giving me all of his Packers memorabilia. This is one of the cooler items he gave me. It still has a full bag of Wheaties in it too! Anyone want a bowl!?

Sorry about your grandpa, I really dislike people who try to ruin everyone else’s fun.
Fixed? I mean, that would require the cooperation of a bunch of people to lose – from NFL execs to officials to team front office to coaches to players. All of whom on the team side have a vested interest in winning. And then, it would require absolute silence from all the conspirators.
I confess, I’ve been a bit conflicted when we learned about CTE, and I definitely think the rules will have to be modified.
But not enough to stop rooting for the Pack!

In the interest of space (moved to a smaller house), I believe I pitched the Wheaties and kept the flattened box.
From back when the advertising tag for a product made of expelled grain and sugar was “LOW FAT!”
Some of us will live long enough to get a little kooky. Passing memorabilia down is the way it should be, be gratful.

Lots of die hard fans quit watching because they would rather have cops get awarded for brutality and didn’t like the idea of someone on another team protesting police brutality. Your grandfather has a much better reason to quit.
