Not that power rankings really matter, but this is why it was silly to rank Cincinnati ahead of us. The team has talent but they’re so insanely streaky.
The A’s also had a nice comeback on the Giants
Getting home field for the WC would be huge, especially since playing in Wrigley or the Giants awful field would be hell
Yes. It looks like we may be finally putting some distance between us and the other teams fighting for the wild card spots. Hopefully.
I think AZ will bounce back but Miami is done. I want the reds to bounce back but I don’t know if they have the pitching. I was hoping it’d be Braves, dodgers, brewers, Phillies, diamondbacks, reds
On 9/20, the Phillies will sweep the Braves and only be 1 game back in the division at 91-61. Then, the Phillies will cap off the season beating the Mets and win the division 98-64. Trea Turner WS MVP btw.
honestly the team i hate most out of those three are the dbacks. overrated, acted like bitches when we played them. don’t like the fish either but they’re better than those snakes
Don’t want us to get ahead of ourselves, but I really felt like this run was coming at some point. We were underperforming, they were over-performing. It was bound to level out at some point. Just hope the team can keep it going and pick up some more space between us and them.
3 young teams falling off in the 2nd half because they haven’t expirienced what its like to play a full 162. Color me surprised.
