  1. Beating Philadelphia is ______

    A. Harder than Philadelphians say it is

    B. Easier than Philadelphians say it is

    C. Neither easier nor harder than Philadelphians say it is

    D. Toothbrush

  2. The Phils have won 4 of their last 5 series, including two 4 game series wins.

The one loss? The fucking Pirates, because that makes sense.

  3. The team looked like what it was built to look like in all 4 games of the series. Breath of fresh air.

  4. Props to the team for showing up to work hungover AF but still managing to be productive in the final 3rd of their shift. We’ve all been there…

  5. I respect trea for being honest about how he felt bouncing all around the lineup this series

  6. if literally every player in the braves lineup aside from Riley wasn’t having a career year and the phillies were healthy in the early months they probably would be in a tight division race.

  7. From where we started in April and May and now being 12 games over 500 with good vibes is amazing to see.

  8. I’m fully convinced that we’d be neck and neck with the Braves if Rhys was healthy and Wheeler didn’t have a slow start

  9. Mick Abel tonight

    5IP, 3H, 4R, 4BB, and 9SO

Good strike outs but awful walks.

Griff McGarry also struggled in his first AAA start.

  10. Hopefully Bryce is ok.

I’m not worried about making the playoffs at this point. Phils are so much better than any teams behind

  11. This was the epitome of “They don’t all have to be pretty”. A nobletiger, a potential backbreaking error, and a shaky 8th, and still won with breathing room.

  12. One bitter Meneses never getting the call to the big club as an Iron Pig from a sweep of Walgreens.

    Now 1.5 games between WC1 and WC2.

Division is more daunting. Holding out hope that the Barves have peaked?

Prior to the ovation, who could see Trea Turner as busting the floodgates open to a Phillie W?

  13. Twins next? Imagine having 60 wins and not being 13.5 games out of first in the division….

  14. honestly I don’t even care if we pass the braves. just beat them when we play them and i’ll be fully confident for october. I wouldn’t mind a repeat of last year when we had games 3 and 4 at home.
