I can see why a player like him has struggled in the playoffs (drives the net when it’s convenient and only then) but he would immediately make PP2 better and could slot in next to either Crosby or Malkin in the event of an injury to a top-six winger.
FYI — Rob Rossi is quote-tweeting a post in which Tatar outright says he has been talking to the Pens. This isn’t Rossi imagining what’s best for the Pens.
I think it’d be worth a shot imo. He could be a solid 3rd line guy
And I want a Lamborghini but similar to the Pens, I don’t have enough money.
