Kind of sounded like Balsillie was bragging about screwing the NHL so they premptively screwed him. “I’m from Waterloo where the Vampires hang out!” was such a hilarious line. Great movie.
Was waiting for the “Always Sunny” theme to play at the end.
The other massive reason why he didn’t get the team was that he couldn’t promise that he’d keep the Penguins in Pittsburgh.
