  1. “It’s kind of like coach (Andy) Reid did with me in 2015 in Kansas City,” Pederson said. “Coach Reid would call the first half and he would let me call the second half with a very watchful eye.”

  2. Boo….. Not great we should have just left him coach elsewhere if this was the only way to keep him

  3. I guarantee you that Press and Doug split play calling last season too. This isn’t as big of a deal as it’s being made out to be. Moreso just a PR to help with his resume for future HC gigs.

  4. Guess I’ll live with scoring 40 a game instead of 50

Edit for Update: what if we score 60 instead??

  5. People seem to forget that Trevor can change play calls at the line. He was doing it the second half of the season last year. If Trevor doesn’t like the play, it will be changed to something else.

  6. I’m going to go ahead and have faith that the guy who won a Super Bowl with Nick Foles and turned this franchise around in a single year knows what he’s doing.

  7. Apparently press called plays in the second half of games all last year. So his play calling may be better than Doug’s

  8. Good, ideally head coaches should be CEOs. But I’m sure Doug still steps in on crucial decisions, developing Trevor throughout the week, and heavily involved in the game planning.

  9. Wasn’t he calling plays last season in the second half? If so, considering so many comebacks, this might be a good thing.

No worries here especially with 16 under center….

  10. Press Taylor pls go. I just want to enjoy watching my team play football. Sincerely, a Jags fan who is so, so tired.
