[WIP] The one player called out by Nick Sirianni in his postgame speech: Jake Elliott

  1. Jake even showed off when he doinked one in to let us know about his incredible control. Sort of like winning a Set in Tennis by having it hit the top of the net for a winner.

  2. So lucky to have that dude. He kicks 50+ yarders like they’re chip shots. The 56 yarder could have gone in from 60+ in a fucking downpour. He’s just an unbelievable weapon.

  3. Homie had his engagement photos at the Linc. The dude lives and breathes Philly and is a god damn Philly treasure.

He’s literally the only player I don’t get mad at when they are playing like shit (probably because he never plays like shit, but still)

  4. I really wish I wasn’t anti single digit jerseys for fat guys, or Jake’s jersey would be my go-to GameDay swag. Dude’s been clutch since that 61 yarder against NYG during the Super Bowl season.

  5. That was proof positive of Jake Elliott the weapon. The fact that he can turn pedestrian drives into points is massive.

  6. Jake has been so good and clutch for us that when he has a rare miss I can’t be all that mad at him.

  7. After the final play everyone was celebrating the incomplete call and I yelled out “THANK FUCK FOR JAKE ELLIOT”

He was definitely the MVP of the game. The defense was impeccable and impressive but without Jelliot, that would have been a loss.

  8. Fun to root for a team where the kicker was the only player fully ready for week 1 and that was still enough for the W

  9. It’s pouring and he perfectly kicks it from 56 yards with room to spare. He is good at his job to say the least.
