When did the Saints become cheap all of a sudden? They’ve given away a towel every game for the past few seasons. Last year as a STH I received a thank you care package with a banner, sticker, schedule magnet. This year they sent out nothing. The Giants sent out a set of 4 cups to Giants STH, and I’m sure other teams received things too.

They used to give away cases of whatever latest blockbuster movie had come to DVD or Blue Ray. That’s how I got a bunch of the movies in my collection – Braveheart, Gladiators.. The last few years it’s been those towels in the seats like we’re Steelers fans, most said “stand up get loud,” but I think one set was just the name & logo.
ETA – the owner change certainly played a part.
I’m kind of ok with the lack of towels at every game. I have approximately 20 at home now and o don’t know what to do with them anymore.
I actually called the Saints Ticket office about that today and was told that the STH swag package is behind schedule, but will be sent shortly so keep your eyes peeled.
