Great a RB, maybe he can play defense since that’s what we need
Draft 4 rbs the year before. Then inquire about another. This staff has their priorities all fucked up. Should’ve got roquan smith last year and added another db in the off season. Garbage. I fully expect Pickett to look like an all pro this coming week.
Please Raiders do not do this.
Akers obviously has issues. Why would they bother inquiring about him?
The Raiders inquiring about a RB is obviously meme material at this point, but here’s why it makes sense:
Through two games, Raiders have been absolute dogshit at running between the tackles. Jacobs doesn’t have the speed to punish teams on outside runs and tosses. Zamir White does, and I figured he’d take over that role, but he hasn’t.

I gota stop openly hating on bad players I don’t like. Now they end up here 🤦♂️😩

He doesn’t play defensive tackle…

I swear, McDaniels is only focused on his offense. He is aware he’s responsible for both sides of the ball… right?

it’s far from the most pressing need but our current backup RBs are so bad that they’re barely playable. If we can get Akers for dirt cheap I say why not?
