Lions’ HC Dan Campbell told reporters that rookie RB Jahmyr Gibbs will play vs. the Ravens and added this: “Certainly I think he’s going to need to take the load of (the work)….I’d like to say we’re going to be careful with him, but the reality is we need him.”

In all seriousness, I can’t wait but it also worries me a bit. The Ravens are a PHYSICAL team and Gibbs is 100% going to take some big hits.
Is it just me, or is it kind of weird that he would publicly phrase it like that?

this makes me feel like his injury is worse than they are admitting to. Have a scary feeling hes going to reinjure it and then we are going to be stuck trying to make a trade for a RB

Gibbs gonna have a massive breakout game I can feel it.
Hopefully we are ready to incorporate Jamo on the field more as well and get some looks with both of them on the field with their speed.
