I got hosed for saying I would’ve taken Fields over TLaw and while I’m fine being wrong on that, he’s been out 4 weeks and still more TDs while dealing with this bullshit roster+coaching.

If Fields had the Cutler/Farve attitude I think he’d be miles ahead of where he is. If for no other reason he’d have all those mistakes to learn from. It’s hard to learn from the mistake of not taking a chance.

This is getting tiring. Anyone who criticizes Fields on this subreddit is called a ‘meathead’, and now the implication is that they’re a racist. Meanwhile Fields supporters blame the O-Line, the receivers, the coaches, the organization, the city, etc (I’m waiting for them to blame the stars themselves) for his underperformance. They cherry pick his handful of good games and footage from highlight reels to argue on his behalf, all while ignoring his body of work.

I would most certainly call Jameis Winston a gunslinger. Hell I wish Fields would just rip it. I’d rather see 5 Picks throwing aggressively than 8 sacks where he held the ball too long
