Can we just bring in a competent staff who can scout and find talent and DOES understand the NFL and processes. We don’t need the owner, let alone his wife, leading and influencing our coaching hiring decisions and who we draft based on “intuition”.

  4. 🙄 We don’t need a “women’s intuition”. The president of our franchise should be someone who has actually made their career out of running pro sports team and has an actual resume to speak for them. Whether that’s a man or woman, we’re not his wife’s hobby.

  9. I think she has done a great job with a lot of the philanthropy stuff for the team, but why tf is she at all involved with the HC hiring process and other personnel decisions? Tepper and Nicole need to leave this stuff to people that actually have experience working in the NFL and know ball. Because they are obviously not getting it done…

  10. Yes I know she’s technically a co-owner. Yes I know owners make the final approval in hires. No, neither she nor her husband should have a say in football operations. Hire a true fucking President and go away to enjoy your billions for the love of God.
