  1. NBA referees are wild, ejected the coach in the first and just ejected Jokic for light arguing in the 2nd. People pay good money to see these players compete.

  5. As a ref fan this was a masterclass of a first half. Refs have been putting on stellar performances in Detroit lately, first the Giannis ejection and now the Jokic ejection.

    Edit: Not just this game, all season long. There has been literally no consistency at all, they just do whatever they want. It’s like the crew chief decides ahead of time who they’re going to favor and doesn’t even try to hide it.

    He even stops dribbling to tell the ref bro I’m getting fouled. Then proceeds to get fouled twice again and then gets ejected.

    I’m stunned.

    I’ve been watching every game of the nuggets since Jok got into the league. This is how it’s been with him and the refs for as long as I can remember. 6 free throws per game for a guy who does most of his work inside is BS, and I’m not interested in hearing arguments to the contrary.
