He is remembered very well… throwing that spitter to Shoeless Joe on that Field of Dreams in Heaven right now, I’m sure.
Also notable that in his second stint with Texas, he came up with the puff ball (loaded it up with resin, then when he released the ball, a cloud of resin filled smoke followed).
