I will never in the entirety of time I spend on this planet understand some Red Sox fans obsessions with Bobby Dalbec.
Absolutely a fuck no. He does not belong on the major league roster. I don’t care if he’s the minor league Barry Bonds. And just because he can play a position, it doesn’t mean he should. This guy will find a way to commit errors at DH. I cant believe the Sox are still entertaining the idea of having him in the organization, let alone taking up a precious roster spot. Let him be someone elses headache. I can’t think of Sox player that I despise more. My heart sinks whenever I see his name. I’m terrified and shocked that this is even a thing. I thought the theme for next year was competition and winning. Neither of those things come to mind when you think of Bobby D. He’s really more like Bobby L
Yeah but hear me out what we need is a Wily Mo Peña/Franchy Cordero/Rob Deer strikeout machine that kills rallies with a capital K.
