So I have some pain below my knee and it all happened after I played basketball like a month ago. For some context I’m 19 (M) and Im pretty active. I play mostly soccer and I just barely graduated from high school and I played a lot of basketball and other sports during that time, never had problems with injuries. So after I graduated I played soccer 2-3 times a week. Like 1 or 2 months ago I went to play basketball with some friends and for some reason the next day I had pain below my knee. Now every 2-3 days it feels better but when I play again the pain comes back. I rested for a week and I played again and the pain returned. Any ideas to what it could be and how I could fix it? Thanks in advance.

Forgot to mention that the pain feels like a bruise, when I tap or press on it. Also when I bend my leg it hurts
Jumpers knee, aka patellar tendinitis. Going to have to take some time off and slowly rehab back or it’s just gonna get worse (been there done that). Once you recover, make sure you take care of your knees going forward by warming up properly before playing and stretching after.
May be osgood schlatters syndrome
Did you grow very fast in your early teens? If so, then most likely its OS
