Allen Iverson Thinks He’d Have A Higher Scoring Average In Today’s NBA

  1. I understand why he’d think that, but I don’t think a career 31 percent 3point shooter would be the heart of a modern offense, especially at only 6 feet tall.

  2. Every single former NBA player I’ve heard on a podcast thinks they would average 40 points a night. Iverson might average 50.

  3. Allen was a poor shooter but he’s probably thinking he’d score more because of 1×1 defense being less physical now than during his time. I think today’s schemes are more sophisticated though.

Is there a small guard who dominates the league through penetration. I get the Trae comparison but are there others?
