I feel like Monti will most likely try to save a lot of that cap space for next year, when we’ll be even more competitive
I think DJ may be on the way out. He’s taking more injuries, and has a big cap. If he wants to stay they’ll likely re-negotiate a contract, but otherwise they might cut him in favor of draft capital and FA pickups.
I love the guy, but this is a no brainer. Coming off another ACL injury, it’s just time to move off him.
Maybe dropping the cash on Sneed.
