  7. Solid signing to round out our reciever room. He’ll likely be WR 5 to start the season if Josh Renolds stays, competing with Antoine Green.

  8. He has potential to be our starting X with a full offseason under his belt.

    – DPJ as the Big WR
    – Jamo as the speed
    – St Brown as the Slot

    Oldest one is 25

  10. Unless they’re deadset on bringing him back or he’s alright with WR4/WR5 money, I have to imagine this squeezes Josh out. A depth chart of Amon Ra, Jamo, rookie, and Leaf plus DPJ doesn’t leave Reynolds with much opportunity or leverage

  13. I’m excited to see what he can do with a full off season with the team. Dude was killing it with Brisset as QB before they put the rapist back in. Good signing for the price.

  14. This feels like Josh Reynolds is gone then. Not really price wise (he could still easily come back on a cheap deal) but the team has enough depth to potentially move on from him (though I’d feel the team would need to draft a WR in the position). 

  15. His peak is higher than Josh Reynolds and he provides special teams value unlike Josh and is likely cheaper. I would still like Josh back at the right price but I think it makes most sense for both parties to move on because the Lions are likely drafting a wr and I don’t think he will want to be a wr4/idk if we should pay a wr4 as much as he wants

  17. I think an offseason working alongside Goff and building chemistry could definitely be a big help for him. He has shown good production at points in his career so hopefully last year ends up being the outlier and not the new standard.

  21. Idk if this means Josh is gone, DPJ was pretty much only a return guy on special teams

  24. I really like this deal. I hope they can still bring Josh back. I thought having those four gave us good insurance in case Jamo or the Sun God missed some time

  27. Surprised by this to be honest. I thought Reynolds would be a priority over him and I didn’t really see all that much from him to think he’ll be a difference maker. Still hoping we get Reynolds back
