9. I cannot stress this enough “anything you say can and will be held against you in court”, if you are in legal trouble don’t talk to anyone except your lawyer and don’t post on social media. I literally just had lunch with a guy who posted shit on facebook that the prosecutor says is part of a “cover up” and is now facing YEARS in prison.
