[Katz] Tyrese Haliburton is questionable for Game 4 with THREE ailments: lower back spasms, sacral contusion, right ankle sprain

  1. I see Rick Carlisle got ahold of Nick Nurse’s playbook of listing some guys questionable and then they magically turn out perfectly fine

  2. We’ll see. Could be usual subterfuge by teams. But he did have some moments where he was limping around

  3. GTFOH, this guy’s playing. Technically the entire Knicks 7 man rotation can be listed as questionable too. Everyone’s dealing with something.

  4. If it doesn’t say Out, there’s no reason to believe he won’t play

  5. Woj already said on nba countdown that tyrese intends to play. Just stupid gamesmanship.

  6. At this point, every top player in the playoffs has some sort of injury.

  7. I look forward to hearing about what a hero he is for two hours straight tomorrow

  8. When we say questionable, we fucking mean it, when they say questionable, they lying!

  9. I love how the Pacers have to play up this guy’s injuries to make him seem like he’s battling something. Meanwhile Brunson is legitimately hobbled, says nothing about it, and the Knicks just call it “soreness.” Hali has “spasms, contusion, sprain”.. ok buddy

  10. If you watch Halli’s postgame interview, the guy is limping as shit when he walked out the hall.

  11. He’s playing; never get fooled by the “Status:Questionable,” unless they left the game on crutches or in an ambulance it’s just mind games.

  12. I learned this a long time ago

When it comes to these “injury” reports, always look at the betting line

The betting line knows more than these reports how serious an injury is, and if a player is likely to play or not

Indiana opened at -5.5 and is now at -5.5

    So I smell bullshit 😉
