now I want you to listen closely that was me trying okay that was me trying to start an MVP champ for bull B when he went to the free throw line I went to this Cavs game and sadly no one joined me in the MVP chant y’all are fake as hell but regardless despite my failed attempt bull bull has been the MVP for the sun’s bench because he’s been pretty much the only bright spot in what scientists have determined to be the newest black hole in the universe and if we take a look at his month-by-month breakdown of his stats he only played eight games before 2024 playing only during garbage time and in January Vogal was accidentally forced to play him for three real games and uh this is what he did back tap racing to it with a euro B on the offensive glass with a turnaround shoot the ball like that P at 45% can B find one he does now unfortunately Vogal he um he likes his horse blinders and so he decided to banish him back to the shadow realm to never be seen again until the month of February where he was again accidentally forced to play bullbull and this time bullbull made sure to make a statement in all of his games in the month of February bullbull averaged just eight points 4.8 rebounds 0.4 assists and and 0.9 blocks in only 16 minutes a game shooting 60% from the field and only 25% from three well stats aren’t everything so let me tell you what the ey test was telling me bub plays with passion he’s a crowd Energizer and he feeds off of that energy too the Suns arena is it’s literally like one of the worst home crowds I can ever experience it was fun when the valley boys were playing I liked that energy in the arena and then all the Vibes left and went out the door after the Dallas series it’s true it’s true and so you know having bullbull out on the floor even just hearing the fans cheer for four or five possessions where he pulls up for three or even pump fakes and starts to dribble you just hear the buzz in the arena and it’s very very telling about how sad of a franchise we are and actually let me get off in the side tangent even further I agree with Steve C what’s with the club music man I’m here for a basketball ball game all right I’m sitting in the nose bleeds cuz I’m broke can we just have a basketball game anymore what the hell and they don’t even play music really it’s just they import crowd audio and have not even the fans chant defense anymore they let the speakers do that for us and it sounds like ass back to bble the best phrase to describe him is he’s pretty much just a baby giraffe on the court and he’s just kind of gliding around I mean he’s in the right spot boss it’s just weird to watch him move with such Grace and it’s very clear and evident that KD has been mentoring him a lot because his decision making has improved on a game to game basis he doesn’t really like to pass or swing the ball if he gets that ball he’s going to do something with it he’s going to try and go score which makes sense he’s 7′ 4 with like I don’t know airplane wings but yeah his decision- making has improved his handle it’s good it’s not great I mean it’s a lot of distance for the ball to travel and he can get picked pretty easily bull he gets open in that corner three a lot and it’s pretty clear that they told him to practice that and he’s increases percentage significantly throughout the game to game basis and he takes good high percentage shots which is something that the Phoenix offense system was completely ignorant about they couldn’t create good high percentage shots so having bull bow a guy coming off of the bench that can actually get I don’t know good looks it’s it’s eye opening for Suns fans yeah anyway moving out of that corner three he can pump fake he’s got for some reason like one of the best pump fakes in the league I think it’s because Defenders think they have to close out extra hard because of his high release point and so if he even pump fakes they jump preemptively and he can just drive right by him and get to that 3 to 4T range from the rim and try and make a play on the defensive side he’s relatively good he does get into foul trouble which is a problem but his Mobility is better than nage which isn’t saying a lot but it’s better than the narage and I would rather have bu bll on the floor than Drew Eubanks yeah he’s tall his weak side defense is good he actually helps over off of his man a lot and helps stop paint touches a lot so it’s it’s nice to see that and actually I got a good stat here when bullbull is defending SL closing out on players they only shoot 37% from the field 37% that’s like that’s Elite defense you know stat-wise but High test again it’s it’s a different story he can get blown by pretty easily but those long long long long arms will it can force them certain directions and he just needs to learn to force them into help but that second contest from behind it’s pretty terrifying sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t but I mean the key thing is just staying out of foul trouble he averaged I think it was like two fouls or something in in his limited time on the floor and when I say limited it’s limited I mean vulgo was playing him garbage time for the entire season except for like a month maybe 2 months where he actually played like 10 plus minutes and those 10 minutes they looked good they didn’t look terrible he looked like an NBA player it’s clear he’s an active learner and he wants to improve staying with KD it’s it’s probably the best option for him if he wants to continue progressing and developing forward but I know it it had to be a bad experience for him just sitting on the bench watching at least he had better tickets than me but yeah I mean KD and bbo they have many overlapping skill sets like you know they’re both just Slenderman now I don’t know if he can do this again next season I don’t even know if he’s coming back to the Suns but I think he should I think Phoenix fans like him and it’s nice to have another 2K player on the floor I don’t know things might be different with boen holer just because the bench is so shallow I mean it’s so shallow there’s six guys that we know are coming back that’s book Beal Katy nurkic Allan and Royce O’Neal everyone else it’s like Shrugged shoulders so if bullbull can come back and he can be the seventh eighth man that would be great give him 18 minutes I don’t care give me something to cheer for I would get so happy when I see that man go over to the scores table to check in and also shout out mat Matt ishia for making the Suns Games available to local broadcasts I don’t have cable television why would I need t cable television if I have NBA league pass but yeah I think buen holer if if he if bbo does stay with the Suns I I think Buton holer buen holer I like buen holer I think buen holer will be forced to insert him into the rotation and based on his history buen holer has a love for stretch bigs and I think if bow can have like a similar impact to a Brook Lopez or an Al horer that would be perfect for the Suns perfect but yeah it’s going to take a lot of experimenting and fine-tuning and more learning but I think he should be playing more the end maybe this is just more copium but yeah retaining bu bow it’s essential for any of the sun’s hope for bench production I don’t know I’m going to spend like a minute on this last section talking about this channel as I go into this next season I I want to be like not just Suns based but like complete NBA based and you know I just graduated high school so I’m going to be taking a half Gap year so we’ll try to do some more stuff over here and if you like basketball content not just stats I I think stats are boring and I think too many people just copy what other people are doing I Bol Bol was done wrong by previous head coach Frank Vogel, he had great flashes in the pan and they were always put aside by Vogel to make room for Eric Gordan and Drew Eubanks. Kevin Durant has helped Bol Bol close the gap on Wembanyama by teaching him how to become an ultra efficient player. If Bol Bol stays with the Suns for next year he will be one of the last bench players remaining on the roster and new head coach Mike Budenholzer will have one of the only stretch bigs available to him.
