so David Robertson takes over he’s making his 27th appearance he has an ER of 3.41 with a two and three record Robertson Wast no time the 02 pitch a swing and a miss and he gets bets for the first out of the inning a really good curveball from David Robertson right here you see that ball come tight spin out of his hand and Muki bats just cannot help himself as he goes after this pitch tries to check his swing but nope it will be strike through David’s 02 pitch a swing and a miss got him on the curveball backto back strikeouts for Robertson well he’s got a good one here tonight this is a 12 to six right here starts off high in the zone and by the time it gets to the plate it just disappears under the bat of shotani so a big payoff and a swing and a miss he strikes out the side in order David Robertson comes into a two-run game and quiets the top of the Dodgers lineup with three straight punch outs that was quite a performance from David last night he’s not facing the top y’ll have Cavin beio Austin Barnes and then Muki Betts and he Strikes Out Swinging one away second night in a row that Robertson punches him out so he goes curveball fast ball and then a cutter on the inside part of the plate and you see how awkward That Swing was from mooki Betts Robertson trying to do again the O2 and he got him swinging Otani down on strikes two gone Robinson Els to go with that curveball right here out of the strike zone and he gets Otani to chase a pitch that bounces a couple of feet in front of Jonah almost on the plate when he’s got a curveball boy he’s got a big bite to it here he comes got him swinging he struck out BS he struck got Otani and he Strikes Out Freeman for the second night in a row David Robertson still in the spotlight in Los Angeles

David Robertson is the only pitcher this season to strike out Mookie Betts, Shohei Ohtani and Freddie Freeman in succession.

He’s done it in back-to-back games.
