I’m going to first five and I’m looking at the total in the first five which is four by the way folks the game total is eight and a half so um the sports books and how they set this uh first five total aligns perfectly with how I look at this game and that’s the strength uh of the pitching in the uh this matchup lies with the starting pitchers and not with the bull pants now uh let me explain my reasoning here Cole Reagan I think is an excellent young left-hander for Kansas City he’s been in terrific form over his last five starts a 150 erra and 0 97 whip averaging six Innings pitch per start seven of his last 10 starts have gone under the total and then you have Gavin Stone over his last starts uh eight starts excuse me 181 erra and 6.2 Innings pitch per start that qualifies on both ends as very good form I do not trust the Kansas City bullpan um yes their ER their erra is just 466 over uh their last seven uh but if you look at their whip which is lower it automatically points to me they’re giving up too many long balls and sure enough six home runs in 29 Innings pitched over the last seven games and the last I checked uh the Dodgers are pretty good power hitting team uh the B the Dodgers Bullpen if you look at their season long numbers it’s been very good what bothers me with the Dodgers bullpen uh and I don’t want to be let down by any Bullpen when I have such a strong starting pitching matchup in my mind they’ve allowed 29 home runs this year which is extremely high at this point of the Year and that includes 16 and 40 at home and four in their last seven games so I’m gonna eliminate the blow pens here guys uh I’m going to go with the Royals and Dodgers under four and if you look at the game total of eight and a half the UN the four is less than 50% % of the game total and the books are seeing the starting pitchers as being uh getting off the good starts in this game and uh I I agree with it so the total uh there were some eight and a halfs last night they were all gone the eights got taken out this morning we’re looking at seven and a half across the board for this total right now full game and yet the first five and yet the first five total is still holding at four so the full game’s come down the first five hasn’t come down is that odd for you because it seems odd to me Reagan has been lit up each of his last two Road stars does that war you hear against a team that hits Lefty better than any team in baseball yeah if you look at his first two Road starts at here he was lights out um so yeah I you know I’m I’m willing to throw those two out in horse racing terms it’s called bouncing um and uh I just think that uh you know he’ll you look at his overall numbers over the last five and I I can’t ignore that um as far as when I looked this morning okay and my my fault for that I was more concentrated on the first five it was eight and a half this morning so it’s progressively came down why is that happen I just think there’s more money in the game totals pool MoneyWise Teddy than we’re seeing in the first five you know so um I I would I would venture to say um that it’s two separate markets correct me if I’m wrong uh so that’s the reason I would give you just as an educational educational uh guess and opinion in terms of why that uh first five has stayed steud at four
