got a new dog named gunar I’m naming him gunar he’s got such bad hair I can’t wait to tell him that I have to say I think this is the first that somebody came and did a huge event like this and then still decided to take a dog this is fun I get to enjoy it is he going to sleep in your bed that crate is not moving from this location macro hey come here hi hi Mac Hi man what do you think yeah we geared up and ready to go see the what a crazy day what a crazy event Mac what do you think crazy he’s so happy right now this is so awesome dude you might be the chillest dude ever what are you getting into it hopefully we can adopt out mackerel I would love to keep him gosh he’s such a sweet boy all right now it’s you and me time [Music] buddy oh he kicked it so we had a casual night he did have some bacon from my bacon cheeseburger who’s this Mel me Dean hi buddy this is fun this is the first time I ever got to take a dog home for overnight my neighbors below me probably hated me last night with the amount of ball tossing we did but it was so worth it got a lot of energy out kids are still good dogs all of them are good dogs they just need the right type of love and the right people they’re dogs you love on them they’re going to love you just as much back and be loving to everyone else that wased through your door do you like bacon you sit for bacon my knee hey that’s why are you licking my knee can you sit oh good boy huh who’s the star mackerel right here look at that mackerel’s the star look oh look at this I’m [Laughter] gorgeous we got the goods macro pup cup [Applause] time so don’t bite the cup you got whipped cream hey you got whipped cream on your eye I don’t know how you did that [Music]
After an adoption event Cole Irvin held at BARCS Animal Shelter, the Orioles left-handed pitcher took home Mackerel to foster the pit bull for a night. Mackerel was treated to a pup cup, played a lot of fetch, and got to meet another Orioles pitcher, Dean Kremer, during his time with Irvin.

I love that Cole Irvin does this. Dogs are the best
Imagine you only get so much time off during the season and Irving spent some of it helping out a doggy. I liked Irving before this but now he’s just awesome.
