hello I’m Jeff Ellis lockon MLB draft expert and the co-host of the lockt on Guardians podcast and this is an MLB draft player profile the number 18 player on my board is the number 17 player on the mlb.com board that is sver King position yet to be defined from Wake Forest University he transferred from Windgate did an awesome job all summer with the US national Collegian team then utterly dominated the cape had some ups and downs awake uh started in center field plays some third I think there’s a chance he could be a short stop he’s really athletic he has really strong great exit velocities great numbers across the board doesn’t strike out too much doesn’t walk High contact hitter uh one issue is he does Chase a lot and that that is a concern for several players in this draft but he does everything else well there aren’t a lot of up the-middle talents early on especially there are great College hitters but there aren’t a lot of players that can play the premium position there is a good chance that sver King is going to play a premium position play it well contribute with his ability to hit and hit for power Siver King who knows will he’ll play but he’ll be good
