  7. I love Fiala ! So I could care less about Fabre . Fiala is a magic player , the closest thing I’ve seen to a ziggy palfy . However I never liked Blake or robitallie as front office ! It’s always a cop out by the owners when they employ x players in that way . We won cups with dean lombardi , you need businessmen whose jobs are on the line ! Not x players who %50 of fans will be fore giving .

  9. Kings scouting dept has been decent over years drafting dman :Clarke, Spence, Faber. But for wings/centers, other then Byfield(ez pick at #2 Draft) they have been mediocre to unsatisfactory.

  10. If you care about this team then show your concern by not spending one dollar in support. That will speak louder than any other action you could take unless you possibly have a direct line to Mr. Anschutz!

  13. Regarding the Kings goalie situation this season, I just don't want to see another repeat of this past season play out again.

    Yeah, Talbot played well at times but the team kept reiterating that it was a platoon system, a 1A and 1B alignment, if you will but the reality was Talbot could have multiple bad starts filtering in and Rittich would still only get spot starts here and there and if BSD had one bad game it was right back to Talbot.

    If you are going to run a true platoon system, play them as evenly as possible, not just trying to say publicly that either gets to play while the majority of starts while they are on a hot streak.

    This was exactly why Talbot played the first three games of the Edmonton series even those his GAA was atrocious all three games before the club decided to start Rittich the last two games of it. No, I don't want to hear either that hopefully one of them gets hot and ends up your starter in the playoffs because while that normally may be true, Rittich may be hot late but one bad playoff game and I can almost but guarantee you that Kuemper will start getting the starts after that. It's hypocritical to call it a 1A/1B when it's ultimately not true.

    Play them both evenly this upcoming season so neither gets cold and both are ready come playoff time, I say. And hell, do so in the playoffs as well if it works all season. No need to change it up if it worked all season.

  15. I love the Kings! I am excited for the new season. I appreciate lighthearted discourse, even disagreement. Not a fan of the endless, ugly, negative displays of emotionally dysfunctional rants. Eddie, you are not helping with your new found penchant to continually pick divisive topics. It all reminds me of Arizona's fan base.
